Do you have a favorite website that you visit over and over again? This could be a website that assists you at work or is just simply fun.

Well, the Brick Factory has many. We decided to put together a list of our team’s favorites sites for both fun and inspiration. So without further ado, here are the Brick Factory’s ten favorites.

10. A List Apart

A List Apart is hands down one of the best online resources for those interested in web design and development. Their articles are usually thoughtful and well researched.

9. Web Field Manual

Well, the secret is out. This is a great and easy to use site for web design resources, examples, and trends. Well designed and well stocked with fresh info.

8. Project Nerd

Project Nerd is an excellent source of news, entertainment, and Podcasts for all things Nerdy. However it also expands on the idea of “nerd” to essentially be open to anything its content creators are passionate about. One of our employees, Chet, is an actual contributor!

7. Learn Test Optimize

LTO is a great resource for those interested in digital strategy and politics. It is particularly relevant now as the 2020 election heats up.

6. Creative Bloq

Another great resource for everything from straight up art to design inspiration to tutorials for software. A valuable resource that spans more than web design.

5. ToDoIst

ToDoIst helps some of us track and prioritize the thousands of tasks, projects and goals we work on every year. It also makes people think we never forget anything. We do, but ToDoIst never does.

4. Google Earth

We couldn’t have imagined a site like this years ago. It’s great for a lot of things, like learning the layout of a city before vacationing there, virtual tourism, reference for art or showing places to our kids. We could spend hours hopping into random street view locations just for fun.

3. Farnham Street

Farnham Street collects some of the best reading from across the internet. Their curated content helps make sure that we are thinking at least as much as were doing.

2. Awwwards

This site does a good job of showcasing cutting edge design work. We tend to visit it for inspiration.

1. BonAppetiteDotCom

Less a website and more a YouTube channel. If you’re not currently subscribed to BA on YouTube then what are you even doing with your life? They are the digital family we all wish we had. The BA test kitchen team releases what we’d consider the best content on YT throughout every week. If you’re ever feeling down or need some extra pep in your day, just tune in.

Of course there are many other favorites of the Brick Factory, but these are the ones that stuck out the most.

So… what’s your favorite website?
